could somebody please put up a wiring diagram or explain exactly these should be wired up with a relay to only work when the pump is on cos I'm thinking of getting one of these too it looks a very good idea


Ignore the auxiliary pressure switch, its not needed for the L5. A GEMS flow switch might be a better alternative to the built in flow switch, approx €40 inc delivery from www.radionics.ie

Have mine set up ready to go
I am not sure you need a relay as soon as you turn on the pump heater starts up and if you turn off the pump the heater turns off afew seconds after

Me too. Had my system a year and I don't use any of this, just a better heater.

will it affect van insurance having the gas bottle in it on a permanant basis or do you have to tell them..

Neat job, well thought through.

At some point you might like to put a bypass in, this is a feed(with a tap) back to the tank from the hot hose that goes to the reel.
