No he hasn't.

Travel to and from work is allowed.

Therefore work is allowed.

Don't think we'd be welcomed with open arms if we show up tomorrow to clean.

If your work puts food on the table is it not essential?

Not clear enough for people working outdoors.  So carry on a usual as its work that can't be done from home.

Nowt about self employed either. No info at all for us.

Boris hasn't put a ban on going to work it's now just a case of whether your customer wants you to work at their property and whether YOU want to work as well

Did he not say essential work only?

No.  And if he did, he'd have to provide a list of what counts as 'essential work'.

This is what BoJo said; I'm a touch typist and typed it as he spoke:

These are the reasons you can leave your house:

Shopping.  For basics and kept to a minimum.

One form of exercise per day (run/walk cycle)  (though I don't think cycling is exercise.  It's cheating.  On a cheat machine.

Any medical need (for someone else counts)

And travel to and from work, but only when absolutely necessary, and cannot be done from home.

That's all.
