Does it bother you that much how much richard makes, why would he sit there lying he has no need mate. I think you need to get alife rather than question what every one does and makes christ go down the pub or something. To be honest i think if you run a decent company work like a looney and price well yeas the figures are possible. Just to be clear I am not jealous or bothered how much he makes, its just not important to me. I just couldnt see how you could clean 50 houses a day with one pole. If thats what he says then it must be true....

now when i went to school 400didved by a average off 30 custys a day ,averages out about 2.5 weeks worth off work.

now if you only doing 2.5 weeks worth of work why the are you employing,???

when i am talking about 50 a day i am talking about that many houses OR the equivalent earnings.  we have work for one WC to do about 4 fulls days a week of regular cleans.  the extra day was a day of child care for me, and now that i;ve a WC and i;m in the office or canvassing, the extra day is filled with 1st cleans, connys, fascias etc

From your previous posts I assumed yours were 2 man teams pulling in £500 a day. That is less than 300-400 for one man. Did I misread? I would think £500 a day for two men is very achievable

I did not quote you mate. 350 a day for one at my end is quite normal. 550-600 is for 2 men. sometimes more. 2 days this week have been over 600.

with the right work and prices, having a daily turnover figure of £350 is quite easy to achieve.

To clean 50 properties in a day is possible, its only 8 1/3 houses an hour, but to get a member of staff to do this, 5 days a week for 48 weeks a year, I do not think this is achievable.

The reason, the cleaner will burn out.

I usually buy a pallet of 30,000 for £1450.00
