have you ever punched a coustomer? no dertails just i was a little unproffesional in the week and slapped a custy he spat at me during an arguement about priceing and i flipped and did the honours on him. not proud but the next cleaner i hope wont be so badly treated as i

but allways manage to walk away, i guess thats age for you, in my younger days i wouldnt have managed to walk away

the price was a silly thing to argue about but i agreed 10 for in and out and when it came to pay time it was  5 for in and out and a free clean on a sign and flat above!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 i told him to stick it  and tore the 10 pound note in half and gave him his change!!!
he went mad and started to push me out of the shop as i turned to face him he spat  as he was speaking i told him do not spit at me  and  he pursed his lips and spat like a camel ....down he went i figured hed had enough and turned to leave   i could see the funny side and didnt call the cops even  though he was at fault i should have but it would have taken hours to sort out and you never know how the tables might be turned on you  scrubbed myself red raw after though not proud as i lost it and i shouldnt have
