Weight gain

Question for those of you that have converted from traditional window cleaning to the wfp.

Has any of you put on weight, as most of you all state it is better than using ladders and definately less exercise.

Same here.
It's annoying, I've got to do other exercise as well now, but I'm still filling out around the middle.

My shoulders, chest and arms are ripped, but I'm getting a beer belly. >:(

No fat on me!! I think it comes down to how you go about your work, I really go for it everyday, running from window to window!!! and scrubbing away like a man possessed!!! I love it, and I'm as fit as a fiddle!!!!!!!  ;D I time every job, and then try to break my previous time everytime I clean, keeps me motivated and in shape, not to mention richer!!!  ;)
