If you stand back slightly further from the window you`ll find it easier,if your getting a ache in your neck and you`ve been poleing for a while you`ll probobly find this will help.As for when you start WFP i found that i had incredible achey shoulders and neck muscles for months,the best thing i found to do was to relax when using the pole and try not to tense up as this only adds to the tension on the muscles.
