I recently cleaned carpets for a tenant that was moving out of a property. Once the check out was completed by an inventory clerk they mentioned that the carpets were grubby and need to be re-cleaned. In my opinion I cleaned the carpets quite well but there was a few stains they I could not get out of the carpet. The carpets were very light beige and were quite dirty especially the stairs. The landlord has also complained that the lack on the stair rods had been removed due to the cleaning. Is this possible? They were gold coloured.I have arranged to go back in a re-clean but I am concerned that they if I cannot get these stains out they will complain. There are a few dark marks which I spent quite a bit of time on that faded but did not clean up well and a also a large green stain that did not completely come out. I was warned that this landlord was really fussy but at the same time I would like to keep her happy.
