I've just done a bit of delving and his house is on a 1930's council estate if I'm not mistaken  ;D

I know someone that does smaller jobs he earns % wise far more than prices quoted on here for the examples shown,he’ll do the back of a house and a side that gets the weather for 6-700 for a morning with no lifts or permits needed the smaller stuff with softwashing is sometimes better paid.
