£40 - £45 take about an hour in chill out mode 30 minutes if no ones in.

£60-70 down here. Probably around a tenner up there daz? What’s a loaf of bread in Manchester? Sixpence?

Any excuse to share a pic of your little van 😎

Thought it was one house Daz...

But that’s a good price, that’s what I’d charge down here 👍🏼

Adam, Just my two pence worth, but rather than thinking £30 for 30 mins, think £50-60 for 30 mins, (I know your up north)

I sometimes say to people ‘your not paying for my time, your paying for your windows to be cleaned’

That sometimes means earning 50, 60, 70 odd in one house that takes 30-40 mins...

I have an £80 house that takes 50 mins, and a £100 house that takes 1 hour. Both pay, not for the time, but for the job to be done well. Regardless of time...

Just a thought mate 👍🏼

Every line of serious work that I have written since 1936 has been written, directly or indirectly, against totalitarianism and for democratic socialism, as I understand it - George Orwell

There is no way I would get £70 for that in my area.

No one is paying £70 for window cleaning, that's a ridiculous amount round here lol

Mind you I don't think there's many houses that big where I am, my biggest job is one £30 job the rest are £20 or less.

I'm happy with £40-£50 an hour that's more than most certainly up north.

Yes mate, totally get that. Not suggesting you quote £70, but suggesting not to quote based on time taken.

There’s gotta be some rich foke up north 😜

i always price up on how long i expect the job will take me....i just overestimated this one.....i thought each house would take around an hour(i priced up on £40 an hour when i picked these up over 5 years ago now).first cleans did take an hour but regular cleans no more than 30 mins each.....

they are always dirty even though their 6 weekly due to the amount of trees and shrubs around them....

(Not ready any of the posts above)

On 6 weekly basis, I would price between £35 - £40 per house.

Call me old fashioned but if I found out my cleaner was putting pictures of my house on the internet and gloating how he was making £80 an hour out of me the word “professional” wouldn’t be the first description I’d be thinking of!
