My goal for 2016 is to get my first franchisee full up with work by the end of the summer...

I'll then start looking for my second franchisee.

Health wise as for me I have no idea what next year will bring what with recently being diagnosed Parkinsons and all. I will just have to take each day as it comes I suppose but I'm not planning to build an empire that's for sure.

Don't have to many goals this year.

2015 has been a good year and there's only so far you can go on your own.
Round is full of good, mostly quick paying customers, new van, bought loads of new toys and equipment this year so happy with my setup.
Prices were all put up a few months ago so I'm at a level of earnings I'm happy with.
Will be business as usual for me.

We have a week in Disney land booked in June so at least the missus and kids will be fulfilling one of there life goals!

I hope things go well for you smurf .......

Am back for kidney stone removal in February but nothin long term as far as health goes.

Am trying to push on with one off jobs on a big scale and move away from shop work, I work a lot of hours so next year am trying to reduce the hours I work, even tho some of the jobs I am planning will mean me working away from home a lot, it will be justified with time off wen I return

Price higher aswell!
Also, when my hose gets tangled around someone's wheelie bin, I want to stop saying FOR FCK SAKE  ;D
made me laugh . That's exactly what I say , .  ;D that's a hard target tho .

I'm feeling very positive for this year coming. I'm going for it full hog. Getting polo T shirts with a Logo on, coming off the working tax credit, uprating the van insurance from SDP to Commercial and getting some more 25 litre barrels to carry water. Onwards and upwards i say, ignore the haters.

Work as little as possible for maximum revenue. My goals work wise are already met so I don't particularly have any work related goals. Be happy, worry free and healthy. :)

New year goal? To catch the rat who keeps setting my back garden sensor light off, it's costing me a b@stard fortune!
We look at them, they look through them.

I am determined to be more motivated next year and work towards a full round. New website is nearly finished, Google ads and leaflets at the ready, fitness regime and healthy eating plan in place, got me best canvassing smile ready, but first...a two week holiday in Tenerife starting this Saturday.  ;D

With the price of fuel plummeting that's going to take some doing!  ;D
