Steven, it does NOT make good customer relations when you ignore a customer on a public forum for everyone to see
Never have you replied to my emails and I was hoping a response on here would bring this matter to a close .

All i can do is apologise for bad customer service.
Guys who don't complain have caught me when i am on hand, but this is not always the case, sometimes i am rare i must admit.
My business is very small, as aqua-dapter is our main product, i simply do not earn enough to employ anyone to delegate responsibility of taking phone calls or emails.
I have even changed my answer machine to taking calls between 3pm to 5pm, as i cant build aqua-dapters and sitting answering phone calls at same time.
It was better when i had Paul on board, along with 2 employees, as each had there respective roles, such has Paul was sitting there all day waiting for phone calls.
So the situation now is, I preform all duties that other things suffer, which there's no way of improving at the moment.
So in all sincerity I try the best I can in this situation, but unfortunately not being able to get back to customers on time opens up to customers interpreting me being ignorant, so please be patient when there is a late reply.
