i wont be ordering anything from this  guy again thats for sure. >:(

despite several attempts at contacting steven through email,phone calls (leaving messages)and speaking to him through his website.no joy.this has dragged on for weeks now.

i basically ordered 100m  of nano lite pole hose and paid just over £80 for it.i sent it back as it was very narrow.i sent it back first class and ordered the orange standard pole hose instead which cost me £113.which ive received.steven promised to credit my account by £60 so i could use it for future purchases.nothing.i even emailed him and said id except some more of the orange pole hose instead but again no reply.

i suppose ive been spoiled by gardiners excellent customer service!
Sorry, not received any emails, just checked on here and realised your having problems.
What do you want product wise for £60, and will send this right away!

Steven, it does NOT make good customer relations  when you ignore a customer on a public forum for everyone to see
Never have you replied to my emails and I was hoping a response on here would bring this matter to a close .

All i can do is apologise for bad customer service.

Guys who don't complain have caught me when i am on hand, but this is not always the case, sometimes i am rare i must admit.

My business is very small, as aqua-dapter is our main product, i simply do not earn enough to employ anyone to delegate responsibility of taking phone calls or emails.

I have even changed my answer machine to taking calls between 3pm to 5pm, as i cant build aqua-dapters and sitting answering phone calls at same time.

It was better when i had Paul on board, along with 2 employees, as each had there respective roles, such has Paul was sitting there all day waiting for phone calls.

So the situation now is, I preform  all duties that other things suffer, which there's no way of improving at the moment.

So in all sincerity I try the best I can in this situation, but unfortunately not being able to get back to customers on time opens up to customers interpreting me being ignorant, so please be patient when there is a late reply.

Fair comments all round. A guy trying to piece a living together - not everything runs as smoothly as we'd like when this is the case. Fair play, well explained.

the  wheel  broke off on mine and I sent it back I called a couple of days later to confirm they received it   the guy said yes they just clip in place not a problem  ok I I said and left it at that  3 days later still no unit I called the  guy and his answer was I might send that  one on Friday    this was Wednesday   10 days  after I sent it   I pointed this out to him  and   his answer was  iam a bit busy at the moment.                             a week later the unit arrived  and I had put a simple tap on from gardiners  and got so used to it I sold the dam aquadapter          if you your going to simplify something  simplify it don't complicate things by bad customer service I liked the AD    I just go so used to the lightness  without it..                         ALL THAT     OVER  A  BLOODY     WHEEL

Maybe put something on your website stating words to that effect. Maybe give a best time for customers to call like between 9 and 10am or something like that and make sure you are always there. Maybe state that email is the the best way to get get in touch and then actually reply to those emails.

Maybe come up with a way to organise your business around your busy schedule that solves the problems to some extent otherwise you won't have a business. It will have gone elsewhere.

Steve needs sit sit down and do a little time management I feel that this would go a long way in resolving a lot of his customer service problems. What with the A/d, some accessories and then a range of poles, repairs, building up new products etc...  Time management is critical and at this stage of the companies development may require very long days to complete everything

my A D  broke of bank holday monday so emailed stev with a pic telling him I was send it back for repair , 10 mins later an email from stev telling me how to fix it , that's what I call good service

have purchased about 10 A/Ds from them over the last 3 years, never had a problem contacting them
one was faulty after a few months use, they repaired it no problem.
