I disagree. The service may have been great, but this has the point toward the original product's quality. Why should you loose 2 working days without the pole you just purchased because of their product quality issues? Of course their service has to be spot on in this case - its their reputation that is at stake.
To ensure happy customers, a company has to set realistic expectations for their product. All the initial marketing hype may have tended to raise these expectations a little too high.
Its good to get unbiased reports of exactly how the poles are performing in the work place - this will become more evident as time goes on.
