I had one break, but i know they realized that and altered the design.
Maybe they sent the old design by mistake,got in the mix somehow.
Ask them to send on next day delivery, sure they will sort it for you

So after all that it wasnt broke it was a screw you hadnt put in correctly!
You made it sound like the poles are no good!
I was about to buy one aswell!
