I think it's an important topic.
If the customers DON'T notice or care then we must ask, "What is the point of all those pages after pages of text?"
Is it for our own self importance or to inform and draw in the customer?
Window cleaners will spend £1000's on equipment but not even get a mate to spell/grammar check their website.
The ones I'm speaking of are, like mine, self built. I know we aren't English Teachers, we're window cleaners, but surely one of our pieces of advertisement should be as accurate as we can make it!
