I am seriously considering this as I can see lots of benefits for both me and someone looking to get into employment.If the right youngster works out he will have a future working with me or take the skills to set up on their own.

Yes I was on about this a while ago , I can't see how you can go wrong £2.65 an hour full time even send him canvassing all he needs is 1 job a day to break even ,

What happens thou if you get annoyed with his bad performance lateness booking 2 days in 1 then not turning up can you just fire them ? They did say when I rang thAt if they mess around they have the same rights as any other emoyed person
