I agree with you on that, but i dont thing a qualification is needed but thats my opinion and you entiltled to yours. But i still stand by what i said people that run the impact courses make me laugh all they are doing is getting rich by goverment grants and sit the telling every one that every thing is against health and safety but the proberley go out and break the rules. Dont forget to close the whole road just incase your pole breaks and the brush falls and hits a wall then bounces up in to a window and kills some one wont you
Don't forget your helmet and safty net incase a women jumps out the window from fear of a bristle blinding her
