Having been through the start-up process recently I have to agree with you Neil - the list of costs, kit and outgoings continues long after you think you're ready...
Everyday this forum slips further from God.
My apologies to Jim, I missed the Sir out :-)
Do a google search for cheap scrubbers, I bet you don't see much carpet cleaning equipment You think that's the last thing on your list? Wake up man, your list is never ending and this is just the beginning. If you can't afford to spend the right money on the right kit I'd suggest you re-evaluate things People take out £40k or more bank loans to start a business. Not saying everyone needs to do that to get going in this industry but f***ing around trying to work with pocket change is gonna get you nowhere slowly.
agree with John, pile brush. Dan you will always be upgrading so just get started and get on with it. We all started with lesser equipment but we did'nt know it was lesser or could'nt afford better stuff. work ethic and integrity will carry you much further than equipment.
