So only one cleans? How many days a month do you do 50 houses at the moment?

yes, one cleaner, one van driver and helper.

only do 2 days a month with £500 plus, but work at the same speed the other days, so for instance did £440 on Tuesday this week and finished at 2:00.

Dont do any days of 50 houses as yet, but would be easier to do 50 £10 houses to be honest as they are so simple to do.

Well maybe the 20k was well spent then, I have spoken to many cleaners and I just cant see how you clean over 50 houses a day with one pole. Must be magic...

not magic but just well organised and methodical...  and hard work.

the only way to possibly imagine it is if you compare it to how businesses like macdonalds or starbucks have managed to systemise their products so that they can serve thousands of clients a day, compared to your local cafe.  its the same principle,  they just look at every bit of the job, and work to speed it up and improve it.  i;m just lucky to be the trainee who gets given the system at the end of it.  and by system i mean equipment, but also the method of cleaning etc

I get the principle of time saving but I just cant see how you can clean over 50 houses with one pole by half three. Cos no matter how you put it you have still got a tank with water in it and a pump that goes to a hose with a pole on the end. I would like other opinions on this....

yes we love the sill brush.  we use the white (medium) and it's fantastic.  and yes we use it with hot water every time.  no problems... so far...   :o  Does look quite flimsy, but to be honest its holding up ok so far

Including travelling, reeling in, out, posting slips, etc etc...someone's feeding their Internet ego.

In short, no.

Comparing themselves to McDonald's? Wow, some bold claims being made.

Having compact work is the one of the most important things I think a lot of guys spend as much time driving between jobs as they do with the brush on the window.  That's why some can't understand how make as much as people say. My dad is 54 and he can still do £200 to £250 easy himself cus he has little or no driving, pulls into a street and he's there all day. Also I think it is a better move to get a bigger lwb van with as big a tank as possible than get second van. 3 plus men working from one van. Less cost more profit.

You can ask all you like, but I certainly wouldn't post figures in here.

You carry on doing what you're doing, and you'll retire before this is posted ;)
