Boys, boys, boys-lets all calm down and have a cup a tea.  8)

Anyways- going to have a look at an ex bt van tomorrow. 04 plate, 87,000 on the clock, 75hp.

Would the 75hp be ok, or would it be a bit of a slug with 650l tank in?

Dazmond.....looking to expand this year into more of a commercial led route being near London, hence the 650l

Thanks lads
You will be getting out and pushing it up hills with a 650l and the 75bhp model, my mate has one and its SLOW!!!!!

although ST1allstar is getting a little irate I have to say I would agree with him.
Don't forget the weight of your leisure battery and the fact that any di vessels and hose reels will be full of water plus any angle iron used to brace the chassis for your mountings if used, plus your bulkhead. Maybe a towbar? Ladders and roofracks will add a fair bit of weight too.  :o
Single operator maybe but not two.

I agree with St1allstar about the payload issue but to start calling people IDIOTS and MORONS simply because they have a different opinion is out of order. No wonder some people don't bother to post anymore.

You have to make allowances for ST1Allstar, he has certain "issues" that make him a bit touchy. Provided he takes the medication he's OK. Maybe he will reincarnate himself again like Dr Who.
