Exercise, how much of this do you do?
I had shoulder, back and abdominal pain. Went to chiropractors for nearly 2 years, worked for a few days after the treatment, then couldn't wait to get back to see them every month. Went to the doctors as i was worried about the abdominal pain, they said it was probably connected to my back pain. Went to the hospital for an x-ray, the only thing that showed up was that due to using the pole in the same way each day, my spine very slightly was curving, but chiropractors had already discovered this. A friend recommended a good sports physiotherapy centre, had a consultation, went away after 2 hours with lots of different exercises, had 3 sessions and not been back since. Outcome no pain at all anymore. Get the odd shooting pain in my thumbs, but no more pain in the neck, back or abdomen. So a few stretches in the morning and night, and regular exercise 3-4 times a week.
Worked for me, but as they say, what works for one person...........
