That's not what you've been saying on the other forums. You told everyone on there that you only have three days worth of work a week.

I never get new work ever, in fact when I first started out 10 years ago I had the same amount of customers on day 1 that I have now.

and if you want to quote what has been said on other forums, then try and get it right, you forgot to mention the other work I do apart from just window cleaning.

Sorry if I hit a button there. I was just pointing out what you said recently on other forums. Nobody is trying to burn you here. You just seem to forget what you've said elsewhere.

I always just stick to the truth, don't have to remember what I said then.

No button

but if I say I have 3 full days months ago and now I have 4 days and no doulbt I will have 5 and 6 in the future, how am I wrong or telling lies? or should I just stay on 3 days just to keep up with what I said months or even years ago.

I don't really give a sideways poop if you work 3,4 or 7 days a week mate. I just wonder why you keep changing your stories. Strange as it is that you say you've been going for ten years, took you all that time to get a full 3 days work a week, then you want to say that in the last month you're 30% more busy etc etc.

You do seem to attract a lot of attention when you tell these stories. I find that usually, when things don't add up, there are some porkies and exaggerations in there somewhere.

Anyway, sorry if I upset you. World domination is only a matter of time now eh?

come to think of it, I just picked up 12500 folded cards to be dropped though new customers houses, I might as well put them into the bin as I will never be able to clean them if they phone, as I am already working 3 days and I cannot work more than this because then I will be a liar.

Bit of a OTT answer again there mate. Like I said, just remember this thread and what you posted in it so next week you won't have a problem telling us all how great it's going.

Anyway, well done on getting over-run with work. Keep it up etc etc  ;)

sorry to bore you, but over the last 10 years I built my business to where I wanted it to be, I would go out and work 5 days a week, normally I will leave my house at 10.30 and be in the pub by 1pm at the latest but more than likely it would be earlier.

recently I have moved the round about a bit, I now work from 10am until 5pm or even later, the other week I was still working at 8pm.

and yes I am getting new customers every week and in the next month or so I won't be even be cleaning windows

Quick question here then...

If you are getting new customers every week, and intending to increase your round now....

Why bother if you will not be cleaning windows in the next month or so??

I am having a operation to fuse my left ankle, I had the right one done this time last year, I will be in plaster for 3 months and it will take at least 18 months to heal, unlike last year, I went back to work after 1 week, I could not do a lot, but I tried, this time though will be different because the right one is not perfect and I think it will be at least 6 months before I could clean 1 house, let alone trying to work all day.

Instead I will use my talents in other areas such as networking to get in more work especially commercial, I have people who work for me and I am trying to get sales staff as well, this it not panning out at the moment but I will keep on trying.

I might even try telesales, that I can do from my hospital bed.

Yes I have one who works for me on a 3 day week contract, the other is a casual worker who i use as and when I need him, when I have my op, he will be taken on full time as he has a driving licence.

I also have a few others who I use on some contract work I have.

and as I said, hopefully I will be cleaning my last windows pretty soon but if things do go wrong and I have to go back on the glass, then please don't call be a liar, things in this game change all the time.

Someone once said that I need to get to full capacity before I employ, well I will never get to full capacity because I only want my cleaners to work 4 days a week, as soon as they get to that limit then i take on another cleaner.

and i am not looking for world domination, I am looking at between 3 and 5 vans plus 1 shop, which will act as the office, workshop and offer cleaning services including dry cleaning to the general public, and I have until 23 October 2017 to reach this target, then I retire and go traveling around the world for 9 months of the year, until I get to old and crippled to go anywhere, then i will come back and die.
