Fair point, whe have most probably sold ten of the residential kits this year and all have been to window cleaners that have been asked to do windows above a flat roof or conservatories that can not be done form a ladder, there will always be a DIY market for every trade but that does not stop there being tradesmen to carry out these tasks for people that have no interest in doing it themselves.

Thanks for that Charlie.  My post was a bit of a kneejerk reaction in hindsight. My main problem stems from the very arrogant attitude of a senior person when I raised my objections despite me having bought 4 systems from him. Had he given a much more considered and pleasant answer such as yours he would still have my business I think.
