I am also npt happy with this company they said that the part I order would fit my reel even though it was 4 inches shorter that my current part but they insisted it was right and was now short due to complaint made to the suppliers.

Guess what it does not fit.

Name a shame bad service, its not a moan its valid complaint. We get the service we accept so moan or gripe and let every one know what to expect from the offending company. If they were interested in business they would be on here pronto trying to make amends for shoddy service. If we treated our customer the same we would not last long, would we?

Charlie

No advertising please.

We have sponsors who pay money to advertise, and they wouldn't like it.

Because you didn't know, I will let you off.

Of course people can ask you technical questions and questions about your equipment, but you can't self promote.

You can also ask admin about the going rate.

Thanks

Dave

ive never had a problem with them - prob the only company i havent had a prob with yet.

i once had a bit of kit worth over £100 and i returned it after over 4 months and got a full refund - how many other cleaning suppliers would do that for you without any fuss?

Hi,

We've bought quite a few things off Charlie lately.

Would recommend them, usually better to speak to Dan as Charlie is too busy builing his empire! Here is the link to their ebay store.

Well sorry but I won't be buying from Charlie.

Here is the reason why http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Residential-Reach-Wash-Kit_W0QQitemZ330343450978QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_HomeGarden_CLV_Cleaning_CA?hash=item4cea010962

I have spoken to Ionics about this in the past and despite being a decent customer of theirs all I got was an arrogant reply.
Nothing personal Charlie I just think it's bad business to sell these when you are supplying the people who really should be doing the job.

Hi Dan

Fair point, whe have most probably sold ten of the residential kits this year and all have been to window cleaners that have been asked to do windows above a flat roof or conservatories that can not be done form a ladder, there will always be a DIY market for every trade but that does not stop there being tradesmen to carry out these tasks for people that have no interest in doing it themselves.

All the best
