The stock photo shows the previous model. The Gen4 is black and wider then the stock photo.
If its genuine, and new, then its a bargain at "700.

I got mine about 2.5 years ago and it was a fairly new model then.

Joe wasn't the new model at carpex 2 years ago when we met for the first time.
Even if it is the one in the stock photo and is new well worth £500-600 all day long.
If you have been used to a Duo or even a brush to do your aggitation the differance is unreal

Regards Tony

p.s. I use the older model daily

I had this same issue white brushes are bit too aggressive on most domestics buy some gold brushes direct from envirodri white/gold  would be good too. but i found having gold brushes fine and white when required

Hi Terry
I used white/gold for the majority of the time, inc wool.

It will spit fibres out as big clunks, especially when damp as in agitating prespray.
No matter how well you vac, the Envirodri will get more out of the carpet. It has no where to go but into the brush cavity which soon gets full then the brush catches it again and out it comes. Shows its getting rid of rubbish in the carpet I suppose. Get a carpet rake or just bend down and pick em up.

How is it better than a duo?  Just harder brushes and more power??

Larger diameter brushes.
yes, more powerful motor (cause it digs deeper).
more weight, so they "dig" deeper for the agitation work
get the right model and the brushes are 16" wide (there is a narrower 12" brush model).
Easy to clean the brushes - just knock a pin out and you get to the brush easily.
well engineered.
