I am very reluctantly consider ing selling my works vehicle as i am looking at purchasing to smaller vans as the business is expanding.

The vehicle is in fantastic condition and was bought last year with 1400 miles on the clock and therefore was mint. Its done just over 3000 miles.

Any thoughts on what its worth and is anyone interested? I may not sell it so i will appreciate just some feedback.

It is white and has done 9k miles not 3k, sorry my typing error.

~I checked out on autotrader and the van seems to be worth around 9k or a little over that and the system cost be about 4k and its only 7 months old.

People seem to be selling complete systems over and above what the equipment and van are individually worth though. Maybe this is because its no hassle as the van is ready to go to work but not completely sure.

I have increased my work load by about 33% and are currently quoting for 3 government contracts plus other things so having 1 van will make it impossible for our team of 3 to fulfill the work. so i thought maybe if i could sell my van and buy 2 smaller vans for a similar price i could take on another member of staff and we could work in 2 teams of 2.

I think if i had a decent enough offer and i could make it work i would definitely sell the van.

I suppose the van must be worth around 12k with the system. There are older vans with similar or lesser systems on ebay etc for more than what i have quoted so i guess its all about what a potential buyer is wiling to pay.

Sorry for the information overload but im mulling it over all the time not knowing whats best to do!

What vans are you looking for, i have a berlingo 06, brodex 250, 20+k on the clock in dark blue in excellent condition, i  am vat reg & would be interested in px.

I am vat registered and would need to include this in the price.

The Brodex system id a DI as i purify my water at home.

What would you be looking for for your van?

Could do with a 400 litre tank in both vans i buy but maybe there is a way of adding a second tank to yours. Sure brodex mentioned that was possible.

Its hardly used as its only been kept as a back up incase one of the vans broke down.

The van has a 650 litre brodex DI system in it which is 7 months old.

The van is a 2 litre SWB with 9k miles on the clock. White in colour and is a 58 plate. 5 doors (1 side loading) and it has the full brodex manifold inserted to the side of the van to allow you to work whilst the van is locked. There are 4 ports 2 for hoses for a 2 man team a thord port is for filling so you cant over fill the tank and fourth is for draining the system.

~I am looking at offers in excess of 12k at the moment as i think it is worth around 12-13k although full blown professional systems seem to go for more.
