I have now got my fortnightly rounds up for sale
They have been maintained for 6 years and are all good payers with cash on the day. They are priced fairly for the north west with one round recently taking a price increase. They are all cleaned using traditional methods and would suit a start up business or business looking to expand their rounds. All rounds are compact and are within 2mins driving time from each other and 5mins driving time from the East Lancs Rd (A580). The properties are mostly council and private homes.
I have decided to sell these rounds as this type of work is getting harder and harder to find. I have just enough work for myself until the economy picks for my other business.
The rounds are prices are as follows:
Rnd 1) Round 1 has been cleaned for 6-7 years approx with many customers being with us from the first 6 months. It is cleaned fortnightly with many paying us on the day in cash. The rounds has recently had a price increase. The standard charge for a terraced front is £2.50 with semis charged at £6 all round. These are good prices for the area. The round takes 2 men approximately 6-7hours to clean.
Round Takings : £600pcm
Rnd 2) Round 2 has also been cleaned for approx 6 years. It is cleaned on a fortnightly basis with many paying in cash on the day. The round consists of mostly compact terraced house with prices from £2 a front upwards depending on porches etc. There are a number of semis priced at £5 all round. Cleaning time for 2 workers is approximately 4 hours.
Round Takings : £420pcm
Rnd 3) Round 3 has been established for 6 years. This is a smaller round comprising of terraced houses and semi detached properties. Prices for the terraced are £2 a front with a numbers of semi fronts at £3 a clean. This round may be smaller then the other rounds but is within a 2 minutes of round 2
Takes 2 man team approx 3hours to clean this round.
Round Takings : £270pcm
ASKING PRICE £7500
As i said before this type of work is getting harder and harder to find. In 2009 i sold work for approx 8-9 x the monthly takings and got that price. Im only asking 6x the monthly takings for a quicker sale.
This is quality work that has been established since i started window cleaning.
I have found that canvassing is getting harder as more window cleaners are now around. It take years to build a round as good and as established as this.
