I ordered some spare bits from Prochem yesterday, and recieved them first thing this morning, Very good service if you ask me.

I ordered some cleaning products from Restormate yesterday, and recieved them just after dinner, Very good service if you ask me.

Not taking anything away from those 2 suppliers, but thats the way it should be isnt it.
As long as our order gets to the supplier early enough they should be able to get it ready for collection.
Its then up to the delivery agent to do their stuff - but its usually the reputation of the supplier that takes the hit when deliver goes wrong.
So well done to the 2 suppliers and all the others that achieve that standard but credit too to the delivery agent for being on the ball.
and some are better then others.

I have found a supplier that can beat those delivery times.  Pizza Pronto in Walsall,  I ordered a Sicilian Hot Head Pizza at 6.30pm and it not only arrived the same day but in fact less than 20 minutes later.....BEAT THAT PROCHEM & RESTORMATE

I just rang them up and they can't deliver to Norfolk in 20 minutes, they're rubbish.
