When I went back for a visit recently I drove down the high street from the church end and it hadnt changed a tot in 35 years.

I used to think it was a dump the main town, but it is in fact a lovely high street, no huge shopping centre, really quite charming in its own way, clock tower and lots of greenery around, it is actually quite rural.

Right next to Dapps Hill and the park, which as parks go is bloody huge. I can think of far worse places to live and bring up kids.
