I am also building a canvassing team.i am looking at paying them a minimum wage basic with comision on top for the work they bring in maybe £5.00 a customer meaning they should earn between 10 and 20 an hour.then i will set them weekly targets say 15-20 customers a week. if they dont hit targets after a few weeks there gone. next one in. Thinking about advertising at the job centre for this.
do you think i could employ them on what they canvass instead of a basic for the first 2 months as a trial then give them a basic?

Couldnt you put meets national minimum wages or £6 per hr plus?

How many wc's come on here moaning their asses off that customers expect them to do a job for next to nothing....yet you are trying to get someone to build your business for nothing... Pay someone a proper wage and you can expect someone to do a good job.
