Ashbys? i feel they may do unnecessary repairs when servicing a machine!
and to say they are tight is an understatement i still have not had my free sample of there own chemicals to try out even though i spent over £1000 with them last time i went in, so i could try it, hence the fact i have since brought products i evaluated from free samples prochem alltec chemspec, Alltec sent me a big bag of ultimate master free to try but Ashbys they just "shoot themselves in the foot " with the customers. you need a level of trust with your supplier.
the problem is i like the Ninja but will not be paying Ashbys a penny more so i would like someone else in the Essex area to service although my machine was serviced 6 months ago Ashbys have written for its next service, i enquired at Alltec who said they can service it, but i was worried about any warranty that may still exist being invalidated, what i would really like is to see someone service replace the motors as i have seen inside and it does not look that complicated.
