There was a thread a while ago regarding a bloke called John Taylor who I think does this work - if you use the search button at the top you may find it.  I'm fairly sure he left his number on there and a few people gave him their thumbs up.

Ashby's is the obvious choice but my dealing with them have been mixed to say the least as have others. I would find someone else that's recommended they will probably be quicker and cheaper.

Ashbys in Dartford are really good and you would have it back in about two hours. Don't know what the problem is with Ashby's .I changed to them from Prochem because i had the sort of trouble with them that you guys seem to have with Ashby's . Mind you never dealt with the Sittingbourne branch ,only ever dealt with the Dartford  branch , and after 6 years never had a problemm with them at all .

Ashbys? i feel they may do unnecessary repairs when servicing a machine!
 and to say they are tight is an understatement i still have not had my free sample of there own chemicals  to try out even though i spent over £1000 with them last time i went in, so i could try it, hence the fact i have since brought products i evaluated from free samples prochem alltec chemspec, Alltec sent me a big bag of ultimate master free to try but Ashbys they just "shoot themselves in the foot " with the customers. you need a level of trust with your supplier.
the problem is i like the Ninja but will not be paying Ashbys a penny more so i would like someone else in the Essex area to service although my machine was serviced 6 months ago Ashbys have written for its next service, i enquired at Alltec who said they can service it, but i was worried about any warranty that may still exist being invalidated, what i would really like is to see someone service replace the motors as i have seen inside and it does not look that complicated.

Actually, I agree with the other guy, dartford Ashbys did actually help me out, edard and the new guy were very helpfull.
Maybe I will try them for this service that's due, as last job at sittingourne was I felt very overpriced and even though I begged they would not budge tuppence on the final bill !!!!
