aches and pains? sorted!

last night i had a deep tissue massage from a professional sports masseur.

spent about an hour and a half on me, everything from feet right up.

he said my muscles were the tightest he has ever felt, which takes some going i would imagine!

i would recommend this to any of you who have aches and pains, specifically aimed at the trigger points that are the cause of all your ailments.

also, a good stretch AFTER your days work will work wonders.

anyone local-ish to mk, give me a shout and i will put you in touch.

I am glad I dont live in milton keynes, I new it was a little odd having roundabouts and red lights at the end of every street.

What you need to do is find a nice 20 something girl like i have, who  has just finished a course in sports massage. She likes to practice her new found talent most evenings that i am round there. I feel abliged to strip off and lay on her bed for a full body massage. Are let you guys guess what happens after the massage is done..................... ;D ;D
