a good professional window cleaner also knows that they can't always clean every window. part of priding yourself on your work, would be priding yourself on your H&S understanding and being able to avoid knowingly putting ladders at dodgy angle. :

80% of my round is wfp now but for the rest of them I make sure I use a rojak stopper.Seems to be pretty good,in as much as I've not fallen yet!If the ground is particularly slippery,moss on patio or wet decking etc,I just won't do it now.Not gambling for the sake of a few quid and any reasonable customer would accept that.
