Well played Dash

You'll be surprised how many of the suppliers monitor the forums and of course the bad press is highly detrimental to their businesses. You only have to look at the bad press that woodbridge used to get ob here and how few go there now.

If you buy a car from a main dealer and if you then complain to the manf. about that dealer they will usually get a rocket up their backsides (thats if the manf. is reputable). Prochem will not allow you getting any grief over this so let them apply pressure if and when needed and I'm sure they will do it.

Pete,

End of the day, we all here in the same business and i will only write about my experience, as i would like people to know, because if some one will be in same possition as me and my experience coud help them, i will b happy. ad to be perfectlyhonest so far the supplier has been good. thats why i dont want to say their name just yet, and rather giv full story at the end, once it's all dealt with.

I have to say Dash that its very refreshing to see someone take such an honourable approach.

With that kind of attitude you won't go far wrong.

Pete,

I am always happy to help, and with me being new to this industry, i know how hard it can be sometimes, and little things like this really matter, finding a good supplier or just advise on various things, i've learned lots from this forum and if share of my experience can help others, is least that i can do in return.
