What is the most successful for you?
Newspapers, Leaflets, Signwriting etc.

I am moving to Essex in a couple of weeks, I have placed an order for 25,000 leaflets and they are being delivered by royal mail and a private ditribution company, they are all being dropped within a 2 week timeline.
What percentage do you get from Leaflets, and how many customers would you say is acceptable from 25,000 leaflets?

Lyndy I'm hoping to have a guy settled in before then, so I'll have a round up here in Leicester and one down in essex.
I'm moving to Burnham on Crouch near South Woodham Ferrers.
25,000 leaflets are £200 no V.A.T. as they are exempt.
I also clean Guttering, fascias and soffits, conservatory roofs, driveways and patios, which are all advertised on the leaflets.
I'm hoping to get at least £2,000 from the 25,000 leaflets.

So hopefully business will be busy as soon as I'm down there. lol
I currently have 26 customers down in essex, which I picked up in the past couple of months.

Daz google 1-2 print.
My Mrs called them and got a better deal over the phone, I think its because we are looking at 25,000 per month.
but even the prices on the website are a lot better than the price you are looking at.

i'm in essex as well and i think you should get about 60-75 new customers, hopefully most of them regulars but also a lot of one off jobs as you do a lot of additional services.you should easily recover your investment in the first month

MMM 4% from 25,000 think I'll be laughing all the way to the bank. yippeeee.
I bloody hope so GWCS.
that will be 1,000 customers.
I'm having 25,000 delivered in a 2 week period, 15,000 first week and 10,000 in the following week.
is this workable or would I be struggling to cope?

i think u should be able to get this money maybe more, but i think that are to many leaflets to be delivered in 2 weeks you might struggle if you are a one man band, thinking that you all ready have a round

CO I will be having a guy work the round in Leicester.
My girlfriend and I will be working in Essex on that round.
I am thinking (more hoping) that I will get approx. 100 window cleaning customers, and 10-15 patio or driveway jobs and 10-15 gutter jobs from the 25,000. that wouldn't even be 1% return.

i hope you the best of luck .those numbers are realistic i think and u should be able to get a bit more than 2k.100 w.c customers you are looking at £1000-1500
10-15 patios about £1500
10-15 gutters £600-1000
so that's about 3k-4k but, also depends on the area .the competition is tough this days ,and you are quite new in the area but seem that you and your girlfriend are a good team and i think you would do very well
