it's the same price for a full gutter or an empty one with a piece of broken slate.i certainly dont go up to the gutter and 'check it'. (a free survey!!!!) they either want them cleaning or not.your customers will baulk at the price of £25/side because they are used to paying £7.50.... no offence bud but thats your fault
