Exactly as above, excellent advise IMHO.
never once have i encountered a slippery laminate floor (yes, rugs will slide, but not shoes) so i too am thinking that something is on the floor. I've heard of people using furniture polish on floors before now, so nothing can be ruled out.
As the previous poster says, you can't get laminate floors wet, so stripping it in the usual way is not really an option. I think lots of mopping with a netrual detergent, warm water, and a well wrung out mop is the way to go, but i have no idea how long it'll take to get it back to normal.
Is there anyway of knowing what is on the floor?
And more importantly, how are u currently dealing with this very real health and safety issue which is affecting you and your staff?
