Bane tanks for van mount
« on: August 17, 2009, 08:34:19 am »
Just upgraded to a truckmount, so i have for sale Bane waste and freshwater tanks.
These have been modified (made smaller).

Ideal for someone wanting to van mount a portable, i used them with my recoil, and they worked very well.

Comes with piping that fits from freshwater tank to engine,(heats water as you drive) i can also supply an inline heater.

System usually only needs filled and emptied once a day, saving a lot of time, and no unloading/loading of machine.

pics to follow.

How much do they hold? have they still got the heater element? how big? are you keeping hose reels? how much are you really wanting?

Does the waste tank still hold vacuum?

Hi Shaun, will work it out for you, Never used the element, so dont know. Waste tank holds vacuum well .
The vac hose reel is available but have altered it to fit my van (just the brackets)

Will think about price too, do you want the inline heater ?
was thinking of putting it in second van, since got the truck, but just taken apprentice on and i want him out with older tech till he retires in a year or so.

Obviously you could easily spilt the 2 tanks,if you wanted and lay side by side in trailer.
Reel i would say will prob hold minimum of 150' of vac hose, this will need 2 A FRAMES  TO BE MADE.

Very easy to buy, just hand over your wedge without the moths  ;D
can ring you tomorrow with price iof you like.

Hi Clinton, yes i can sell seperately, but will wait to see what Shaun offers.

This system would work well with you machine, was fantastic with the Recoil, save loading and unloading, fill up at start of day, no filing or emptying during day and i must say the Alltech looks to have quite small tanks. Water is pre heated as you drive to job  :)

Shaun

Is it to put on your horse and cart ;D

I dont really know the ins and outs of the bane sysem so i would just want the reel maybe but rather let you have the full set up shaun.

Dont think we could go the way of a gennie to run th 3 van as i ws told ny tony from alltec monay as would need 7kva size gennie to run it ::)

Clinton, just invest in some long cables, lie next to vac hose under a ramp.
I used the inline heater to boost temp if req. This is the way most scorpion/ recoil owners do it.
Not really much different to Ken W set up, saves lifting loading and filling and emptying  ;)
