I built a new 4 wheel trolley system for less than £150, would be happy to send some pics.

It carries 4 25ltr barrels and the DI vessel, battery etc.

only modification I will be making is a small hose reel and a couple of hooks to carry the pole.

I bought one of these from ebay and everything else just sits inside the trolley

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BRAND-NEW-4-WHEEL-GARDEN-TROLLEY-TRUCK-CART-WHEELBARROW_W0QQitemZ200367894278QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Home_Garden_GardenEquipment_HandTools_SM?hash=item2ea6db6f06&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14

free       4x25ltr barrels from local battery supplier when I bought the leisure battery for the trolley.
free      few metres of 12mm hose left over from my old reel
£15.95  FL2201 55PSI Pump from ebay
£50.00  12V 75AHM Leisure battery
£60.00  Trolley
£25.00  Second hand DI Vessel
