stone floor cleaning is something that needs to be promoted and educated to the customer more, thats probably why people dont get asked a great deal or they think that a mop and bucket will do.
im sure Brain Phillbin will be happy to sell you a franchaise and offer great support, but being an independant, a franchaise is the last thing i personally would want
i'm doing a floor of a bathroom this week but only went to quote for some cartpets, i just happened to mention that we could clean the tiles and grout, so that tells me that i am failing to promote it well enough, same goes for Leather cleaning
And P.s when i do get a hard floor to clean and seal, it is usally a well paid job, £300-£500 normally
