Hi Len,

How much are the blowers. I have seen some on ebay at a reasonable price.

Not saying they are top quality.

Hi Guys,

Well I have spoken to many suppliers today. Yes all very nice
(Obviously they are trying to make a sale)

It very contradictive is it not? One says you need this the other say you this, My machine is far better than his.. All good and bad bits blaah blah.. its worse than buying a new car.

However I have spotted this post

http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/index.php?topic=77866.0

I have spoken to them and they have sent me over a quotation on 2 machines.

Rhino 500 500psi - it does have a presure gauge - element
Steempro 2000 Powermax 135 psi inline heater

So I will be deciding later today.

I know that there are far supieror machines out there. But I have to consider the following for now budget, get out there and work, Monies saved can allow me to purchase either blowers, rotary etc.

Dave

Ok I have purchased the Rhino 500psi. Lets hope it is a 500psi. One post I found seem to say it went only to 200psi

Also the supplier has confirmed after looking at the Rhino it does not have a presure gauge.  :( But I am sure I could fit one. Its not rocket science. (I hope not)

Does anyone know if I can fit one and How? Is it esxpensive to do?

Otherwise I am not sure how you tell what you are working at say for upholstery.

So lets hope its ok for at leats 12 months.

Personally I wouldnt risk it ABOVE 200psi, and anyway that is sufficient for most jobs with a porty. Dont forget Truck Mounts come in all shapes and sizes too, so whilst some may be over rated, more powerful ones are not.
