1st area Rastrick area of Brighouse (1 hour from Burnley)
Was done waterfed, now done traditional as pump bust during winter.
50% 3 floor leaded front’s, 2 floor non leaded at back. 50% 2 floor houses and bungalow style houses. 10 year old houses. All work on same road.
£200 per month. No collecting as I put in SAE. But local could collect. Takes 1 man 1 day on ladders or 1 man 1/2 day waterfed. I’ve had round 18 months.

Only ever done traditional. 70’s style semi detached with 2 pane bay windows. I’ve had this round 18 months, bloke before me 18 years.
£500 per month. Takes 1 man 2 mega hard days or 3 sensible days. Could easily be converted to waterfed as the windows are all pvc and no vents. Just never had the balls and I do prefer trad. A few asked when I wfp cleaned a few soffits and gutters last year. All on 2 roads and a cul-de-sac.

Both rounds only 10 minutes max from each other.
I would sell both rounds to same buyer for £3000 ono.
These really are good rounds and good earners with good loyal customers, for example did my back in last September didn’t get up to 3rd storey for 3 months no one battered an eyelid or complained at all.
Reason for selling. Starting Nursing Degree September.

Takes £95 per month. Cottage-ie type work. Feels like your out in the countryside. Takes 1 man 3hrs. No collecting. A lot usually pay on way round.
No other window cleaner on this work. Had this round 18 months.
£600. This is small but good earning round. I used it for half day rest.
2nd Area. Waterfoot near Burnley.
Takes £250 a month. Fortnightly terraced work. No other window cleaner on this work. All on same streets, 90% of the streets, the rest just don’t have there windows cleaned. A lot pay on the way round, the rest of collecting takes an hour.
Takes 1 man 4 hours one fortnight, 6 hours the next. Had this work 18 months.
I want £2000. This really is a good round. Fantastic customers and loyal.
