Really good

You get three year contract and one yearly invoice
it does not come better than that

Payment every month

Do three homes for them

But do not rule out a national contract in years to come ?

YWCS you certainly are right there, we do one & they are forever complaining. Usually about stuff that has been done, we work close with the wardens & make sure they are happy on completion.

I,ve also worked with them for around 13/14 years ..I was told by the manager that once your in the door as long as you do the work correctley, don,t upset the residents, keep yr price increases to just under 2.5% they will not change you....at the end of the day the residents  decided who they wanted as their window cleaner (and they still do today) unlike some of the other H.Assoc. were its been taken out of their  hands....Anchor to name one off the top of my head.

I like the new invoice system as I get paid by the 5th of every month no worries. I do the grounds maintenance for one and never have any complaints although the window cleaner gets lots because the grumpy sods dont like wfp. The windows always look clean though
