What a cheek I rent and clean my own windows and most of my neighbours they rent as well, how do you know how many of your customers rent? I was cleaning one house for at least a year and had no idea he was renting until he wanted the inside cleaning for the EOT clean, I still clean his new property now and its my biggest domestic that's probably rented as well
Im not being cheeky, Im just saying how it is.
I am on a letting agencies list of approved contractors (covering a large area in the south of england) I get a call once every now and again from the tenants when theyre moving out as an 'End of tenancy clean' how come they dont phone up when they move in for a reliable and regular window clenaer to clean their windows for them whilst theyre renting. Because they dont want to have clean windows.
Also, if they have their windows cleaned regular by another window cleaner how come theyre phoning me or the other contractors to do their 'End of tenancy clean' if theyre already having their windows cleaned regular? Wouldnt they ask their regular guy if they had one?
So IME the only work likely here is EOT.
