Good evening

I want to warn you all with this email for the practices of ian Cows and Equipt-direct.co.uk,2 month’s ago I ordered on there website,

a shurflo pump with varistream controller and paid via the bank almost immediately I had made my payment by PayPal I wished I had wait a little while with my payment  because as it turns out, Mr. Ian Cows is a swindler first class..

he cleaned out his bank account with PayPal was ransacked almost immediately after my payment so PayPal could not recover, my money only a small bit, so small a £ 31 and not the amount of 240 GBP so people beware what you buy or  ordered from equip-direct.co.uk is a swindler, I send  several emails and made several phone calls , each time a different answer and promises, I send a check or my PayPal account I will add some money to my account.. but nothing of it all, it's just a crook!! people I go this summer vacation to the UK and will visit this  gentleman personally, because Its not over yet its over when I have a complete refund of my money.

So this is my story sorry for my poor English because its no my native language.

I just wants to warn you all everybody who receives his newsletter  will receive this email.

Please read it and be careful if you buy anything from those swindlers.

Best regard’s  Ron a Very disappointed customer from the Netherlands

A bit strange? The guy must feel mega frustated to go to these lengths?? wintecs for me i think

Just looked at their website which has name, address in Shropshire and map and landline noumber. Wonder what the truth of this one is?

All your emails are in your profile - perhaps the guy is a member of this forum?

The e-mails were ripped from various cleaning forums I'd guess,.. equip-direct would never hand them out.

I think that this is a bit unfair guys the guy in Holland has been refunded in full and was out of Ian's control
for what happened . To be honest his business is quite new and we all have teething problem don't we but the
fact that Ian had ordered things in that never arrived did not help any matters .Its not fair to judge him for something
that HAS BEEN put right so give him a chance I am sure 100% that he will help anyone and not swindle them >:( >:(

As most people on here got the email I would not of posted it . All you have is one side of the story and I am surprised that it has been left on. I thought a Mod would of removed it

I haven't ordered much off equip-direct,. but what I have was delivered quickly and was exactly what I wanted,..
I think the author of that e-mail could have left himself open to legal action for libel & defamation of character,.. I understand his frustration, but that e-mail was defo NOT the way to go about resolving the issue.
