so why send the email? if it was sent to the wrong address, which i doubt is true, surely he would of got it to the right address quickly and there would have been no problem...and no email?

another thing, if the money was taken by paypal, he couldve just sent the money straight back via paypal instead of clearing his bank account out?

this seems very suss to me, i also know someone else who's been messed about here with money and an order

the guy is probably potless and robbing peter to pay paul! i've heard and seen myself people that are supposed to be suppliers, canvassers etc....

the leason learned here is go with what you know and use repeatable people/companys

I think it probably said it all when he said he had no more connection with the company. Maybe he could see the ship was going down

matt was only a sales rep, and  left long ago before any of this came to light about the company

I had the same email and when the email was posted on here I sent a copy of it to Equipment Direct for him to see and coment on ( to save his good name ) as yet he has not replied to my email even thanking me for making him aware of what is going on, or replied on the forum

I have not recieved this email but i am all for naming and shaming suppliers if needed i remember when matt had his association with this company he worked really hard but has not been involved with them for over 3 months.

Matt LWC, ive had many dealings with him ive found him to be honest very helpful and hes gone well out of his way to help me with my business several times, hes always there for me if i need any help

i had bought quite a few things from matt when he was a rep with equip-direct, and i got everything on time, plus a good discount, he was very helpfull, and went out of his way to source what ever you wanted,
i can say nothing but good about him, all he did was try and promote the company, and make some commision while he was with them, is it his fault the company mess up, he just past the orders on to them by phone and emails, so come on folks dont blame matt or bring him into this, o i have never met matt before, just ordering supplies by email, and     his service was good, rant over
