Well my problem must have been sciatica, had a day off yesterday to give it a bit of rest, worked today without the slightest twinge. It's hard to believe after the pain I was in over the weekend.

I read that to have a healthy prostate you need to "find a bush" on a regular basis! (That's what I tell my wife anyway! )
