The GumBuster Street Laser Machine:
The Street Laser was designed primarily to remove chewing gum from the streets and has proved to be the ideal choice. However it can also be used for a variety of other very lucrative cleaning tasks, such as the cleaning of drives, patios, decking, block paving, concrete, slabs, walkways, fences, walls, removal of mould, mildew, oil, grease, drink, food staining etc, etc, etc,etc,etc.
The machine is a compact, safe and reliable unit. It is completely self contained just requiring occasional fills of water on site it, complies with all national and international legislation it is mounted on its own integral trailer and can stay connected to the towing vehicle when working or it can be disconnected from the towing vehicle capable of being manually moved as required.
The Machine Process;
The gum buster works at high temperature but relatively low pressure based on the Arrhenius Equation; (for every 10 degrees increase in temperature over 118 degrees, the amount of energy released doubles) So unlike cold water cleaners that rely purely on brute force for cleaning the gum buster method is a much more peaceful - mess free operation, very poplar with house holders and importantly the operation is chemical FREE.
The machine can store 360 litres (79.2 gallons) of water in a integral mild steel galvanized tank, In operation, water is gravity fed into the pump and pumped into the boiler, producing steam at a preset temperature when the lance trigger is activated. This steam is pressurized and fed to the lance jet by means of high temperature; it is this high temperature that does the work causing Chewing gum deposits to disintegrate.
Like wise when cleaning driveways and patios etc no damage is caused to the surface area or grouting, it is the ideal proven method for cleaning block paving. As the machines uses small amounts of water there is no flooding or heavy over-spray in the cleaning area.
