sorry i did not reply the main reason was

capital cleaning in London said that they definitely wanted it

and not to sell to anyone else who enquired

thinking i was doing the right thing , however i held it for four weeks for them

as promised,  and they never turned up with the money or even had the

 decency to tell me they did not want it anymore despite calling them a few

 times and them telling me they would pick it up next week,  next day,  next

millenium,  ect, ect  just bull after bully

so they were real time wasters,

also some were offering way below reasonable offers and that was a bit sickening too.

so here it is again i notice a couple of others for sale on here at the mo so

maybe unlucky

Why put on your post that the SX12 is £450? sounds as though you are inviting a sale on it, why not put that the TM is £XXX and also includes a SX12.

you got  a bargain Dave and yes he was a very desperate seller you and i both

know its luck buddy,

this machine is well worth £7000 did you get all the stainless steel water tank

hose reels extra hoses, wands etc,

will keep trying going to  offer vivaro van at 7000 as well just over two years old 27000 miles on clock imaculate,

for any one one that wants complete package without buying another van and fitting etc

these vans are 14000 + vat new

great if you can get a bargain in current climate thats what its about

other possibility is i am looking at a very good porty or other and smaller van and may consider a trade off if any one is busy enough to warrant a truckmount
